David Keysor joins the McKeon Group as the new Chief Operating Officer. David provides a wealth of experience, vision and knowledge to the team having spent many years as an executive in strategy, operations, marketing, business development and PR for high growth companies.
Kevin Jones joins the McKeon Group as Senior Vice President. With the addition of Jones to the team comes an unparalleled background of work on Capitol Hill and deeply involved experience with the House Appropriations Committee.
David Roberts serves many clients that have a particular focus on the Federal budget process, targeted policy issues, and federal sales and procurement. Mr. Roberts’ work brings him in close contact with a broad range of House and Senate personal offices, select committee staff and various Federal agencies.
Elvis Oxley joins McKeon Group as the Managing Director specializing in government contracting. Oxley has years of experience as a consultant and his expertise is an asset to the McKeon Group team.
Marc joins the McKeon Group as the Vice President, Professional Services after 47 years of combined service in the United States Army and as a senior Corporate Executive doing business with the Federal Government. His military service included command assignments with armor and cavalry units worldwide as well as two tours of duty in the Pentagon as an Army General Staff Officer serving in the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Army and the Office of the Secretary of the Army, Legislative Liaison.
Morris L. Thomas, JD, is a native of Alabama and a former Washington, D.C., Homicide Investigator. The McKeon Group benefits immensely from Thomas’ communications and operational management skills.
Preston Feinberg joins the firm as a Director working with a number of McKeon Group clients. Having worked in various capacities on Capitol Hill, Preston adds his knowledge of advocacy processes to the well-rounded and experienced McKeon Group team.
Wesley Horn joins the firm as an Associate working with a number of McKeon Group clients.
Heather McKeon is the executive assistant for Chairman McKeon and manages the schedule for the entire McKeon Group team. Her organizational and leadership skills have proven to be necessary in order to address client’s needs in a timely manner.
Laura joins the McKeon Group as Vice President with an expertise in strategic planning, government affairs, grassroots advocacy, development and communications within the education space. With over twenty-five years of DC-based experience, she is an accomplished executive with keen interest and demonstrated results in Prek-16 education and health policy.
Jeff Andrade joins the McKeon Group as Senior Advisor with extensive expertise in higher education; postsecondary training and workforce development; student lending, servicing and collections; medical education; disability issues; veterans education programs; as well as in financial services and federal training programs for small businesses.
Kuna Tavalin joins the McKeon group with over a decade of experience in public affairs, advocacy and strategic planning as Policy Director in the education and human services arenas. Her most recent client-based portfolio includes early childhood home visiting, early education, literacy, juvenile justice, American Indian education and federal research policy.
Brett Roude joins the firm as a Legislative Associate working with several the McKeon Group’s clients. Having worked with numerous offices on Capitol Hill and in the private sector, Brett brings a well-rounded experience to the McKeon Group team.
Brandon Attiliis joins the McKeon Group as Executive Assistant to the President. Brandon graduated with a double-major from George Mason University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Government & International Politics from the Schar School of Policy and Government, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
Evie Unsworth joins the McKeon Group as a Legislative Associate within the Education Team. She brings her enthusiasm and education policy background to serve several clients.
