Graham Hall joins the McKeon Group as the Director of Government Relations. Graham has nearly five years of federal experience, specifically in appropriations and transportation. Graham gained valuable knowledge of the federal process through his work in the United States Senate with former Alabama Senator and United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and in the United States House of Representatives with Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-AL, 4).

Prior to the McKeon Group, Graham comes from the Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA). At TRALA, Graham managed the government relations team specifically working with State Trucking Associations on state-level bills that were harmful to the industry. On the federal side, Graham worked to monitor the Electronic Logging Device mandate as well as Tax Reform. Additionally, Graham managed all legislation on the state and federal level in Truck Security. Graham also managed a Legal Action Fund for TRALA bringing in over $80,000 from the TRALA membership appropriated to outside counsel and consultants.

Previously to joining TRALA, Graham was the Congressional Specialist for the United Parcel Service Public Affairs group (UPS). At UPS, Graham worked to enhance his knowledge of the transportation industry and concentrated on multi-modal transportation. While at UPS Graham served as the Secretary of the Board for the Coalition for Effective and Responsible Trucking and helped launch the Americans for Modern Transportation (AMT) coalition working to improve both the safety and efficiency of the transportation system which is essential to meeting the on-demand needs of the modern business and consumer. AMT advocates for policies that modernize the delivery of products and consumer goods to businesses and consumers across the country.

In 2016, Graham joined the Gula-Graham Group, one of Washington’s elite conservative fundraising firms. Graham provided comprehensive support for executive-level staff and assisted with team building initiatives and overall support for the maintenance of organizational culture and employee morale. While at Gula-Graham, Graham fostered relationships around Washington which ultimately helped him land his job at UPS.

Graham is a graduate of the University of Alabama in History and Political Science. Aside from working, Graham enjoys outdoor activities. He is a member of Belle Haven Country Club and enjoys golfing and tennis. One of Graham’s greatest passions is his dog, Zeus. Zeus has been trained as a service animal for children and waterfowl/gun dog. Graham also serves on the Board of the WINGS Foundation, a humanitarian aid organization which has provided life flights for medical needs following Hurricane Katrina and in cooperation with the U.S. State Department secured air transport and accompanying $2 million in medical supplies and equipment to Cuba.
